When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your treats are on their way.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are there nuts in your bakery products?
While we offer many nut-free varieties, all of our products are baked in a facility that processes walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, and almonds. Please check the specific ingredient label on each bag for allergen information.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
At this time, our website only supports one shipping address per transaction. If you would like to send gifts to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each destination.
